Getting Ready for Fall Festivals in June: A Smart, Customer-Focused Approach Series

From Idea to Ingredients—How Quality Herbal Products Are Born

Although summer is still in full swing, June is the perfect time to start preparing for fall festivals! This is Tosh's Urban Garden's journey to showcasing our process, ethical sourcing, and dedication to quality.

The Vision is to deliver handcrafted products rooted in integrity, sustainability, and education.

Our mission is to empower people to reconnect with nature through intentional use of these products; bridge traditional herbal wisdom and modern wellness through the use of plant-based items and rituals that nourish body, mind and soul.

Our Core Values:

Herbal Integrity – Every formulation is grounded in clinical herbalism and created with evidence-informed care.

Sustainable Craftsmanship – From ethically sourced botanicals to eco-conscious packaging, we honor the earth with every product.

Education & Empowerment – We equip our customers with knowledge, not just products, fostering autonomy in their wellness journey.

Transparency & Trust – Clear labels, open sourcing, and a commitment to small-batch quality define our approach.

Community Connection – We cultivate a healing space that uplifts holistic wellness, self-care, and intentional living.

Thoughts/Ideas:

Locating Markets and Craft Shows, submitting application & meeting requirements, paying application fees.  Excitement and nervousness about participating in my first market environment.

Ingredient Sourcing – Finding the highest-quality, ethically harvested herbs.

Determining the items likely to attract customers to purchase, amount of ingredients and packaging supplies needed, sourcing the materials

Formulation & Testing – Handcrafting blends that nourish skin while aligning with holistic wellness principles.

Quality Control – How Tosh’s Urban Garden ensures potency, freshness, and effectiveness.

Until next time live your life with Peace and Herbs!
