How to Brew
Hot Tea Method
- Add 1–2 teaspoons of Calm & Restore to a tea infuser.
- Pour 8 oz of hot water (just under boiling) over the herbs.
- Steep 10–15 minutes for a full, soothing flavor.
- Strain and enjoy warm.
- Optionally sweeten with honey.
Stronger Herbal Steep
For a deeper, more grounding cup:
- Add 1 tablespoon of herbs to 12 oz of water.
- Steep 15–20 minutes covered.
