Cold Infusion Preferred • Seasonal Wellness • Gentle Energy

Gentle Renewal is a soft, grounding herbal tea created to support moments of transition—when the body is asking for lightness, clarity, and calm without stimulation. This blend is intentionally crafted for those easing out of heaviness, stress, or seasonal sluggishness and into a steadier rhythm of daily care.

Each cup offers a delicate balance of nourishing botanicals traditionally used to support gentle detox pathways, emotional release, and nervous system balance. The flavor is smooth, lightly floral, and comforting—making it an easy daily ritual rather than a corrective cleanse.

This is renewal without force.  A quiet reset.  A return to center.

Gentle Renewal is best prepared as a cold infusion, allowing the naturally soothing herbs—especially marshmallow root—to release their beneficial properties slowly and gently. This method preserves the delicate mucilage and soft botanical notes, creating a tea that is deeply comforting, smooth, and easy on the body.

Herbal Actions (Cold-Infusion Focused)

Mullein Leaf

Traditionally used to support the respiratory system and soothe irritated tissues. In a cold infusion, mullein offers gentle, steady support without bitterness.

Marshmallow Root

A deeply soothing demulcent herb rich in mucilage. Cold infusion is the preferred method to extract its comforting properties, helping support moisture and calm of the throat, digestive tract, and mucous membranes.

Chamomile Flower

A gentle nervine traditionally used to support relaxation and digestive ease. Cold infusion maintains chamomile’s soft, calming qualities without overstimulation.

Plantain Leaf

Traditionally used to support tissue balance and gentle cleansing pathways. Cold infusion preserves its soothing nature and mild herbal flavor.

Rose Petals

A heart-centered botanical traditionally associated with emotional balance. Cold infusion highlights rose’s subtle floral aroma and softens the overall blend.
