How to Brew

1. Add 1–2 tsp of Rooted Defense to a tea infuser or filter.
2. Pour 8 oz of hot water (just under boiling) over the herbs.

Stronger Decoction (For Root-Forward Blends)

1. Add 1 tbsp of the blend to 12 oz of water.
